9. OFFICIAL TICKET SALES CHANNELS

Tickets should be purchased only through websites, platforms, or authorized sellers approved by RUNWAY 7 LLC.

RUNWAY 7 LLC does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or third parties.

Fraudulent, altered, duplicated, canceled, invalidated, or previously used tickets may be rejected.

10. TICKET TRANSFERS

Standard Runway 7 tickets are transferable unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or experience.

If the original purchaser cannot attend, the ticket may be transferred to another individual.

The original purchaser is responsible for providing the new ticket holder with the information necessary to use the ticket.

Each QR code is valid for one admission only.

Once successfully scanned, additional copies of the same QR code will no longer be valid for admission.

VIP Experience packages may be subject to additional or different transfer restrictions.

11. SEATING ASSIGNMENT

Seating availability and assignment are managed exclusively by RUNWAY 7 LLC.

12. LATE ARRIVAL AND RESERVED SEATING

For attendees with reserved seating, the maximum waiting period is approximately 30 minutes after the applicable show time.

After this period, RUNWAY 7 LLC may release or reassign the original seat.

Late-arriving guests may be relocated according to availability.

Late arrival does not guarantee that the originally assigned seat will remain available.

13. CUSTOMER-REQUESTED SHOW CHANGES

Customers may request a change to their show date or time by contacting tickets@runway7fashion.com.

The request should include:

• Originally purchased show
• Requested new show date or time

All changes are subject to availability.

If comparable seating is unavailable for the requested show, RUNWAY 7 LLC may be unable to accommodate the change.

If a designer showcase is rescheduled, affected customers may be provided with options based on the applicable event policy.

Where a credit option is made available, applicable conditions, expiration dates, eligible events, and redemption requirements will be communicated to affected customers.

15. EVENT CANCELLATIONS

If RUNWAY 7 LLC completely cancels an event, affected purchasers will be informed of the applicable options.

18. QR CODES AND EVENT ENTRY

Guests may be required to present a valid QR code, digital ticket, identification, or other applicable credential to enter an event.

Each QR code may be scanned only once.

Presenting a screenshot, photograph, duplicate, or copy of a QR code does not guarantee admission if the code has already been used.

Failure to present a valid ticket or credential may result in denied admission.

19. PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNT CODES

37. RED CARPET & BACKSTAGE ACCESS

• Red carpet and backstage access is subject to production schedules, venue requirements, capacity limitations, and security procedures.
• Access may be temporarily limited or adjusted when necessary for production, safety, security, or operational reasons.

38. GIFT BAG & SPONSOR BENEFITS

• Gift bag contents and sponsor-provided items are subject to brand and sponsor availability.
• Specific brands, products, or items are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as a guaranteed component of the purchased package.
• If a specific item becomes unavailable, Runway 7 may provide a comparable replacement when reasonably possible.

39. DRINKS & BOTTLE SERVICE

• Welcome drinks, when included in the purchased VIP Experience package, are limited to one drink per guest.
• Drink selections are limited to the options available on the applicable menu.
• Bottle Service, when included in the purchased VIP Experience package, is limited to the bottle specified or selected from the available bottle service menu.
• Drinks and Bottle Service are subject to venue availability and applicable venue policies.
• All alcoholic beverages are available only to guests aged 21 and over with valid identification.

40. DEDICATED VIP CONCIERGE

• Dedicated VIP Concierge services, when included in the purchased VIP Experience package, are provided for the duration and scope specified in the package.
• Concierge services are subject to the event schedule, venue policies, and operational requirements.
• The Dedicated VIP Concierge may assist with access, scheduling, coordination, and other arrangements expressly included in the purchased package.

41. WALK THE RUNWAY EXPERIENCE

• Participation is subject to the event schedule, production requirements, venue regulations, and applicable safety guidelines.
• The timing and duration of the runway appearance are determined by the production team and may vary by event.
• Participation does not constitute a professional modeling engagement, professional runway booking, employment relationship, or guarantee of inclusion in the show’s official designer lineup.

42. DEDICATED CONTENT CREATOR

• Photo and/or video content is subject to the event schedule, production requirements, and available shooting opportunities.
• Content delivery, format, and timing are determined by the production team.
• Content captured as part of the VIP Experience may be used by RUNWAY 7 LLC for promotional, marketing, social media, editorial, advertising, and other legitimate business purposes.
• By participating in the VIP Experience, guests acknowledge and agree that content captured by the Dedicated Content Creator may be used by RUNWAY 7 LLC for these purposes without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

43. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

• Hotel accommodation includes one night at a participating Runway 7 partner hotel when expressly included in the purchased VIP Experience package.
• Hotel accommodations are subject to hotel availability, booking requirements, occupancy requirements, and the applicable hotel’s policies.
• The specific hotel may vary depending on availability at the time of booking.
• Hotel accommodations are additionally subject to the applicable Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions.
• Guests are responsible for complying with applicable hotel rules and requirements.

44. DINING EXPERIENCE

• The Dining Experience includes one dinner at a participating Runway 7 partner restaurant or venue when expressly included in the purchased VIP Experience package.
• The dining experience is subject to availability, scheduled times, reservations, and the participating partner’s applicable policies.
• The specific restaurant or venue may vary depending on availability at the time of booking.
• Alcoholic beverage service is available only to guests aged 21 and over with valid identification.

LIVESTREAM TERMS

46. DIGITAL ACCESS LICENSE

Purchasing livestream access grants the purchaser a limited, personal, revocable, and non-exclusive license to view the applicable digital content.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the audiovisual content.

47. LIVESTREAM REFUND POLICY

Sales of livestream tickets are final and non-refundable except where:

• RUNWAY 7 LLC expressly determines otherwise;
• the service cannot be provided due to an issue directly attributable to Runway 7; or
• applicable law requires another remedy.

Issues caused exclusively by the user’s Internet connection, device, browser, local network, hardware, or software configuration do not automatically create a right to a refund.

RUNWAY 7 MERCH – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

50. MERCHANDISE PURCHASES

Purchases made through shoprunway7.com or other official Runway 7 merchandise channels are subject to these Terms.

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM New York time

Guests are responsible for planning their arrival and departure accordingly. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and may be subject to hotel availability, approval, and any applicable additional charges.

Where hotel-specific terms conflict with these general Terms regarding an accommodation reservation, the applicable Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions will control for that reservation.

64. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RUNWAY 7 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where contractual limitations are legally permitted, RUNWAY 7 LLC’s total liability arising from a specific purchase will generally not exceed the amount actually paid for the product or service giving rise to the applicable claim.

65. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUNWAY 7 LLC, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and partners from claims arising directly from:

• Illegal use of our services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights caused by the user
• Unlawful conduct by the user

66. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers who believe there is a problem with a purchase are encouraged to contact the applicable Runway 7 support team first so that the issue may be reviewed.

Knowingly submitting a fraudulent or materially false chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

• Cancellation of related products or services
• Transaction restrictions
• Other remedies permitted by law

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s legitimate right to dispute unauthorized, fraudulent, or incorrect charges.

67. FRAUD PREVENTION

RUNWAY 7 LLC may use reasonable measures to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse.

Orders may be reviewed, held, or canceled when there are reasonable indications of:

• Stolen payment information
• False identity information
• Unauthorized transactions
• Materially inconsistent information
• Abusive automated activity
• Financial fraud

Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.

68. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.

69. JURISDICTION

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

70. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

71. NO WAIVER

RUNWAY 7 LLC’s failure to immediately enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision at a later time.

72. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms should be read together with other applicable policies and conditions, including:

• Privacy Policy
• Cookie Policy
• Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
• Promotion-specific official rules
• Product-specific conditions
• Information displayed during checkout

Together, these documents constitute the applicable agreement between the user and RUNWAY 7 LLC regarding the applicable product or service.
