Sponsors must agree on the selected package, deliverables and timelines before participation is confirmed.
All fees and payment schedules must be signed off by both parties prior to activation.
Sponsors are responsible for providing all brand assets (logos, videos, materials) within the agreed deadlines.
Media & Promotion
Runway 7 reserves the right to photograph, film and promote all activations across its official platforms.
Sponsors will receive exposure through Runway 7's social media, website, press channels and on-site placements as per the agreed package.
All promotional content featuring sponsor brands requires approval by both parties before publication.
Conduct & Compliance
Professional conduct is expected at all times during pre-production, on-site activation and post-event follow-up.
Runway 7 does not request payments or financial information through public forms. Any request of that nature must be flagged to partnerships@runway7fashion.com.
Any breach of conduct or compliance may result in termination of the partnership without refund.
