By participating in this giveaway (“Giveaway”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Runway 7 Fashion (“Organizer”) reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
• This Giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
• This giveaway is valid for any show date during the NYFW February season organized by Runway 7 Fashion.
3. Giveaway Period
• The Giveaway begins upon publication and closes Tomorrow.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete ALL of the following steps:
a) Follow @runway7fashion on Instagram
b) Follow Runway 7 Fashion on Facebook
c) Follow a participating influencer associated with this Giveaway
d) Complete all required entry information accurately
Failure to meet any requirement will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
• Fifteen (15) winners will be selected.
• Each winner will receive ONE (1) General Admission ticket to New York Fashion Week – February show, hosted by Runway 7 Fashion.
• One (1) ticket will be awarded per winner.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
• Fifteen (15) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be announced Tomorrow, February 13th, via Runway 7 Fashion’s official Instagram account.
• The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.
7. Prize Claim
• Winners must respond within the timeframe specified by the Organizer to claim their prize.
• Failure to respond or comply with the Terms may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of alternate winners.
8. Use of Image & Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Runway 7 Fashion permission to use their name, likeness, and any related content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
9. Personal Data
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and communicating with winners. Participants may opt out of promotional communications by emailing tickets@runway7fashion.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
Runway 7 Fashion shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
