As a volunteer, your responsibilities may include assisting with event setup, guiding guests and
participants, helping with registration and check-in, providing information and support to
attendees, assisting designers and models, and other tasks as assigned by the event coordinators
like logistics, marketing, etc.

Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided during your shifts. Details on meal times and locations will be shared during the training sessions and in your shift schedule.
We recommend staying at the Paramount Hotel, which is located at the same venue as Sony Hall where
the events will take place. Volunteers can receive special rates by booking through Runway 7.

To properly prepare for the casting day, follow these steps:
1. Receive Instructions: carefully read any emails or messages you receive from Runway 7 with
details
about the casting.
2. Dress Code:
a. Woman: black top, black leggings, black heels and no makeup
b. Man: black t-shirt, black pants, black or white sneakers and no makeup.
3. Presence: ensure you have a clean and professional appearance; don't wear makeup.
4. Documentation: bring any documents or portfolio if they have been requested.
5. Punctuality: arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
You will be officially confirmed as an invited model for casting day when you receive a message from Runway 7 via email (models@runway7fashion.com) or text message. This confirmation will clearly state your invitation.
Yes. All participating models must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience is not required. Runway 7 welcomes both new and experienced models. What matters most is confidence, presence, and a positive attitude.
Absolutely. However, all models must be available in person for casting day and, if selected, on their assigned show day. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are the model’s responsibility.

All international models interested in attending our Casting Day must first fill out our Model
Casting Form.
Please note that all models are required to be available in person for Casting Day and, if selected,
for their assigned show day. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the model.
Yes! Models selected on September 8th will receive a special discount code for both in-person
tickets and the livestream, yes.
Once confirmed, our Tickets Team will contact each selected model directly with their unique code,
which can be shared with family, friends, or followers.
Receiving a confirmation to attend Casting Day does not guarantee a spot to walk in the show. You’ll be walking in front of over 100 designers, each selecting models based on their unique needs and creative vision.
All Runway 7 castings are in-person only. We do not conduct virtual castings.

Yes, photographers and videographers will have a designated media area. Please follow staff directions and respect assigned positions.
You will need a media pass to access the event. This pass will be sent to you via email as we get closer to the show dates. Please ensure you have this pass ready for entry.
We recommend bringing the following equipment:
- Cameras: DSLR or mirrorless cameras with a variety of lenses (wide-angle, telephoto, prime).
- Accessories: Extra batteries, memory cards, a tripod or monopod.
- Videographers: In addition to the above, consider bringing microphones, stabilizers, and any other video-specific gear you use.
- Important Note: Flash photography is not allowed as it can distract or discomfort the models. Please ensure your camera settings are adjusted accordingly.

We work with macro-influencers (+1M followers), micro-influencers (100k-1M followers), and niche creators who align with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
Select influencers receive VIP seating and PR gift bags based on our partnership level.
Influencers may bring one guest, subject to availability. You must confirm guest details during the RSVP process.
