As a volunteer, your responsibilities may include assisting with event setup, guiding guests and participants, helping with registration and check-in, providing information and support to

Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided during your shifts. Details on meal times and locations will be shared during the training sessions and in your shift schedule.

We recommend staying at the Paramount Hotel, which is located at the same venue as Sony Hall where the events will take place. Volunteers can receive special rates by booking through Runway 7.

To properly prepare for the casting day, follow these steps:
1. Receive Instructions: carefully read any emails or messages you receive from Runway 7 with details about the casting.
2. Dress Code:
 a. Woman: black top, black leggings, black heels and no makeup
 b. Man: black t-shirt, black pants, black or white sneakers and no makeup.
3. Presence: ensure you have a clean and professional appearance; don't wear makeup.
4. Documentation: bring any documents or portfolio if they have been requested.
5. Punctuality: arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience.

You will be officially confirmed as an invited model for casting day when you receive a message from Runway 7 via email (models@runway7fashion.com) or text message. This confirmation will clearly state your invitation.

Yes. All participating models must be 18 years of age or older.

Experience is not required. Runway 7 welcomes both new and experienced models. What matters most is confidence, presence, and a positive attitude.

Absolutely. However, all models must be available in person for casting day and, if selected, on their assigned show day. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are the model’s responsibility.

All international models interested in attending our Casting Day must first fill out our Model Casting Form.
Please note that all models are required to be available in person for Casting Day and, if selected, for their assigned show day. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the model.

Yes! Models selected on September 8th will receive a special discount code for both in-person tickets and the livestream, yes.
Once confirmed, our Tickets Team will contact each selected model directly with their unique code, which can be shared with family, friends, or followers.

Receiving a confirmation to attend Casting Day does not guarantee a spot to walk in the show. You’ll be walking in front of over 100 designers, each selecting models based on their unique needs and creative vision.

All Runway 7 castings are in-person only. We do not conduct virtual castings.

MEDIA INFORMATION

To apply for a media pass, please complete the official media application form on our website. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

Yes, photographers and videographers will have a designated media area. Please follow staff directions and respect assigned positions.

You will need a media pass to access the event. This pass will be sent to you via email as we get closer to the show dates. Please ensure you have this pass ready for entry.

We recommend bringing the following equipment:

  • Cameras: DSLR or mirrorless cameras with a variety of lenses (wide-angle, telephoto, prime).
  • Accessories: Extra batteries, memory cards, a tripod or monopod.
  • Videographers: In addition to the above, consider bringing microphones, stabilizers, and any other video-specific gear you use.
  • Important Note: Flash photography is not allowed as it can distract or discomfort the models. Please ensure your camera settings are adjusted accordingly.

Runway 7 Tickets – Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket for any Runway 7 event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Runway 7 reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new features that enhance or augment the current ticketing process, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of our services after any such changes will constitute your consent to those changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the cancellation of your ticket and forfeiture of any right to a refund. You agree to use our ticketing system at your own risk.

  1. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods on runway7fashion.com are American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

  1. Order Confirmation

After payment, a confirmation email containing a QR code will be sent. If not received, please check the junk folder. If you still cannot locate it but see that your card has been charged, contact us at tickets@runway7fashion.com for assistance.

  1. Ticket Information
  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to use the ticket, and no refunds will be issued if they do not attend the event or are unable to access it for personal reasons.
  • Tickets are sold exclusively through our website. Any tickets not purchased through our site may be fraudulent.
  • Tickets are transferable. If the original purchaser cannot attend, they may transfer their ticket to another person.
  • The guests must present a valid QR code at the door, which can only be scanned once.
  • Seat availability will be managed exclusively by Runway 7 Fashion.
  1. Rescheduling Show Day/Time
  • If a designer showcase is rescheduled, customers may request a credit up until one week before the opening show day. This credit allows guests to attend the rescheduled show or any other show of their choice within one year from the ticket purchase date.
  • You may request a change to the show date or time by emailing tickets@runway7fashion.com. Please include your order number, the originally purchased show time, and the desired new show time. We will accommodate the change as availability permits. If the selected seats are not available for the new show date, your request cannot be fulfilled.
  1. Waiting Time

For attendees with reserved seating, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. If this time is exceeded, we reserve the right to relocate you. Please be respectful of our designers and their showcases by arriving on time.

  1. QR Code Presentation

You must present the QR code from your ticket at the door. Failure to do so will result in denied entry to the event. If you do not attend the show for which you purchased tickets, no refund will be issued.

  1. Ticket Codes
  • During the ticket sales season, discount codes will be activated, and their validity and availability will be limited.
  • Discount requests will not be honored if the discount code is not applied at the time of purchase.
  • Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
  • The active period of discount codes is at the discretion of Runway 7 and may change without prior notice.
  1. Conduct: Cancellation and Expulsion

Any individual demonstrating misconduct or using inappropriate or discriminatory language inside the venue or in line will be removed immediately without the right to a refund. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to any review measures deemed appropriate by venue authorities. Resistance to these measures may result in denied access to the show without the possibility of a refund. Outside liquor, sharp objects, and disruptive items (such as noise makers) are prohibited.

  1. Acceptance of Image Use

By attending the event, you grant permission for Runway 7 to use any audiovisual material in which you appear for promotional purposes across our platforms and publications. Any content shared by attendees on social media may be used by Runway 7 for any promotional purpose.

  1. Use of Personal Data for Advertising Purposes

By accepting the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you authorize us to use your personal data to send you information, promotions, special offers, and advertisements related to our products and services, as well as those of third parties that may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt out of receiving such messages, please send an email to tickets@runway7fashion.com with your phone number and the word STOP.

Runway 7 Live Stream Tickets – Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By purchasing a virtual ticket for the Runway 7 Fashion New York Fashion Week live stream (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

  1. No Refunds Policy
  • All sales of virtual tickets for the live stream are final.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including technical issues related to internet connectivity, incompatible devices, or personal technical problems.
  1. Technical Requirements
  • It is the user’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a compatible device before purchasing.
  • No support or refunds will be provided for personal technical issues.
  1. Personal Use and Unauthorized Sharing
  • Live stream tickets are for personal use only.
  • Any unauthorized retransmission, recording, distribution, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of this policy will result in legal action and the termination of access without a refund.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. 

  1. Indemnification 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold Runway 7 Fashion and its affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your ticket purchase, attendance, or participation in the event. 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU COMMIT TO COMPLYING WITH ALL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES OUTLINED ABOVE. YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND, COMPENSATION, OR PRIOR NOTICE.

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Runway 7, LLC, 10 Times Square, Fl 5, New York, NY 10018.
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Runway 7 Fashion, accessible from https://runway7fashion.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods were not used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

  • Tickets are transferable; if the original purchaser cannot attend, they may transfer their ticket to another person. The new guest must present a valid QR code at the door, which can only be scanned once. To transfer ownership of the ticket, you must contact tickets@runway7fashion.com. Changes can be made up to one week before the opening show.
  • Seat availability will be managed exclusively by Runway 7 Fashion.
4. Rescheduling or Cancellation of an Event
  • If a designer showcase is rescheduled, customers may request a refund or credit up until one week before the opening show day. This allows the guest to attend the rescheduled show or any other show of their choice within one year from the ticket purchase date.
  • In the event of a complete cancellation of a show, customers will receive a full refund. The timing of refunds will be determined solely by Runway 7 Fashion.

You may request a change to the show date or time by emailing tickets@runway7fashion.com. Please include your order number, the originally purchased show time, and the desired new show time. We will accommodate the change as availability permits. If the selected seats are not available for the new show date, your request cannot be fulfilled.

Live Stream Tickets Policy

  1. No Refunds Policy
    All sales of virtual tickets for the Runway 7 New York Fashion Week live stream are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, changes in the date of attendance (e.g., switching from a show on February 6th to a show on February 7th) are allowed until one week before the start of the event. Requests for date changes must be made in writing and submitted via tickets@runway7fashion with the subject: “Date Change Request – [Your Ticket Order Number]”.
  • In the case of complete cancellation of a show, the customer will receive a refund. The refund process will be exclusively handled by Runway 7 Fashion.
  1. Age Requirement
    By purchasing a virtual ticket, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Purchases made by individuals under this age will be considered invalid, and Runway 7 reserves the right to cancel any such tickets without refund.
  2. Account Registration and Security
  • You must be a human to purchase virtual tickets. Accounts created by automated systems, bots, or other non-human entities are not allowed.
  • You are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any additional information necessary to complete the purchase.
  • Your account and login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others.
