Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Runway 7 account and its associated data. This covers accounts created in the Runway 7 mobile app and on our website, operated by Runway 7 Fashion.
What happens
Deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photos, measurements)
- Casting, event and registration data
- App preferences and saved items
Retained
- Purchase, ticket and payment records, kept for 7 years to meet tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations
- These records are minimized and de-identified where possible
How it works
- Enter the email address on your Runway 7 account.
- We email you a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code (and, optionally, why you're leaving).
- Submit. We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.
