Upon accreditation, Buyers are placed into runway blocks based on the categories selected in their application.
This ensures you attend shows that align with your store’s buying direction and your customers’ shopping demands.
Which buying categories can I select?
Runway 7 supports multiple retail categories, including:

Runway 7 operates as a professional bridge between verified Buyers and participating Designers, ensuring that every wholesale interaction is meaningful, credible, and productive.
Submit at least two of the following to verify your retail operation:
- At least one digital proof (website, storefront, or social media)
- One supplemental material (vendor list, portfolio, media feature)
Submitting stronger documentation may increase your VIP seating priority.
Can new or emerging retailers apply?
Yes. If you’re a new store, you may submit your storefront link, brand plan, or social media business page. Category selection will still guide your placements.
Can I update buying categories after applying?
Yes, simply email our accreditation team to adjust your categories before schedule placements are finalized.

Do Buyers receive VIP seating at Runway 7?
Runway 7 reserves front-row and VIP seating specifically for accredited Retail Buyers.
Final placement depends on:

Can I attend shows outside my selected categories?
Buyers may request additional shows, but priority always goes to buyers whose categories match the designers featured in each runway block.
When will I receive my show schedule?
Buyer schedules and seating confirmations are typically released 7–14 days before Fashion Week.
Are international Buyers eligible for VIP seating?
Yes. Verified international Buyers receive the same placement consideration as domestic Buyers.

Yes. Accredited Buyers receive digital lookbooks, line sheets, and wholesale contact information for participating designers relevant to their category profile.
Can Buyers preview collections before the runway?
Certain designers may offer early previews. All Buyers receive complete post-show digital materials for efficient ordering.
How do I schedule a post-show meeting with designers?
Runway 7 provides a follow-up link where Buyers can request 1:1 appointments with designers. Our team helps coordinate meetings to streamline wholesale conversations.
Will designers contact me after Fashion Week?
Yes. Designers may reach out directly with lookbooks, order forms, or follow-up invitations. Communication will focus on the categories you expressed interest in.

Yes. Buyers may apply for multiple seasons and cities, and repeat Buyers may receive priority access.
Are international retailers accepted?
Yes. Runway 7 welcomes Buyers from around the world and may provide support letters for travel if needed.
Are Buyers required to make purchases?
No. Runway 7 has no minimum purchase requirement. Individual designers may set their own wholesale terms during order meetings.
Do I need credentials for daily entry?
Yes. Your Buyer Credential grants access to all approved runway shows and designated Buyer areas throughout the event.

How soon will I receive a decision after applying?
Most Buyers receive an approval decision within 3–5 business days.
